Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy 1. Booking Policy To ensure we can provide the best possible service, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to properly prepare for your appointment and meet your expectations. Any booking requests submitted within 24 hours of the appointment time may not be accepted, depending on availability. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments using our online booking system at any time prior to the appointment. If you require assistance with rescheduling, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help. 3. Cancellation Policy While we strive to accommodate our clients, we ask that cancellations be made as early as possible to allow us to fill your spot. Please note that cancellations are subject to a fee of 30% of the booking cost. The remaining 70% of your booking fee will be refunded. To cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone. 4. Refund Policy Once a booking is made, refunds will not be provided under any circumstance, with the exception of cancellations as outlined in our Cancellation Policy above. By booking an appointment, you agree to this no-refund policy. 5. Special Conditions - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the full cost of the booking being retained. - In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In such cases, clients will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 6.
